A military helicopter on a wildland firefighting mission in Mexico crashed Tuesday near Mazatlan. The Associated Press reported that the five marines on board received non-life threatening injuries. The incident occurred shortly after the Russian-built Mi-17 helicopter took off. The navy said the injured marines were being treated at a navy hospital.
A video shows the aircraft flying slowly at about 75 feet above the ground then it spun around almost two times and hit the ground.
